003: Jason Robinson - solo saxophone

3rd time's a charm!

It's a five-car pileup of avant-garde, hard bop, sheets of sound, extended techniques, and early jazz; it's Dr. Jason Robinson, the featured artist for Dirty Thursdays podcast number three.

Jason attended UC San Diego and is now a professor of music at Amherst College in Massachusetts.  Tune in to the podcast to hear about his latest release on Cuneiform Records, as well as some mind-expanding solo saxophone tracks.
